I’m Kylie Smith, an Occupational Therapist and the Clinic Director at Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation’s Chandler location. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Western Michigan University and have focused on neuro rehabilitation for over three years. Prior to my current role, I served as Lead OT, developing skills in leadership, mentorship, and interdisciplinary care.I lead with both clinical skill and compassion, striving to create an environment where patients feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their recovery. I specialize in post-concussion rehab, stroke recovery, vision impairments following CVA, and Parkinson’s disease. I’m also PWR! Certified and deeply committed to personalized, evidence-based care that sparks patient engagement and motivation.In addition to patient care, I’m passionate about mentoring future rehab professionals and fostering a culture of excellence and empathy. Outside the clinic, I stay active, enjoy time with loved ones, and travel often—sometimes logging as many air miles as therapy sessions.
