Physical Therapist – Neurologic Rehabilitation
Physical Therapist Job in Gilbert, AZ
Advanced Neurologic Rehabilitation is hiring for a Physical Therapist job in Gilbert, AZ, and we’re looking for a clinician who wants to focus specifically on neurologic rehabilitation rather than a general caseload. You’ll evaluate and treat patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, Parkinson’s disease, and other neurologic conditions, working from a thorough evaluation that maps out each patient’s strengths and limitations before building a plan of care. ANR is one of the East Valley’s dedicated outpatient neuro rehab providers, and our founder, Dr. Jefferson Holm, DPT, is a Certified Brain Injury Specialist recognized by the Brain Injury Association of America, so you’ll be practicing in a clinic where the clinical leadership genuinely specializes in this population. Physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy all happen under one roof here, which means less duplicated testing for patients and more informed decisions for you as their therapist.
Neurologic Care, Delivered as a Team
At ANR, physical therapy doesn’t happen in isolation. Physical, occupational, and speech-language therapists collaborate on the same cases, so you’ll have colleagues nearby who understand the full picture of a patient’s recovery, whether that’s regaining balance and gait, rebuilding arm and hand function, or supporting speech and cognitive-communication goals. That coordination shows up in daily work: shared documentation, regular progress reviews, and conversations with other clinicians about what’s actually working for a shared patient.
Patients and families who’ve gone through treatment here consistently describe the staff as friendly, knowledgeable, and supportive, the kind of reputation that’s built one appointment at a time, not manufactured for a website. As the physical therapist on a case, you’ll be the one explaining the “why” behind each exercise, tracking measurable progress, and adjusting a plan of care as a patient’s function improves, whether the goal is walking without assistance, returning to a favorite activity, or simply feeling more like themselves again.
Growth Backed by Mentorship
ANR invests in ongoing education and advanced technology, and new clinicians go through a Structured Mentorship Program rather than being handed a caseload and left to figure it out. The clinic operates around three core commitments, Service above Self, Excellence with every Visit, and Restoring Hope, and those aren’t abstractions here; they show up in how closely the team works together and how directly your clinical decisions affect a patient’s independence.
That kind of support extends to how ANR treats its own team. The practice invests in ongoing education and advanced technology, and rather than handing new hires a full caseload on day one, you’ll go through a Structured Mentorship Program designed to build your confidence with this patient population. It’s a small enough organization that you’ll get to know your colleagues across disciplines, and a large enough one that you’ll have real resources, equipment, training, and experienced clinicians, behind you.
Compensation:
- $78,000–$106,000 per year, based on experience
If working alongside a multidisciplinary team, with real mentorship built into your first months, sounds like the kind of practice you want to grow in, we’d like to hear from you. ANR’s commitment to service above self and to measurable patient outcomes means your clinical judgment will be trusted and supported here from day one. We’re genuinely looking forward to reviewing your application. The full job description and Quick Apply for this Physical Therapist opening in Gilbert, AZ are below.
