Identifying Your Risk of Falling and Balance Problems

INTERACTIVE BALANCE TEST

Did you know there are many signs and symptoms you can watch out for to determine if you’re at risk? Knowing what to look for is the first step in taking action to prevent falls and improve your balance.

The checklist below is a set of common signs and symptoms of fall risk and balance problems. This interactive checklist is designed to help you know what to look for and identify if you may be experiencing symptoms that could lead to a high risk of falling or be caused by a balance issue. This is not a diagnosis, and the only way to truly determine your risk is through a personalized assessment with a trained physical therapist.
