As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll provide comprehensive evaluations and individualized interventions that address physical, cognitive, neurologic, psychosocial, and functional needs. Compensation:
Base salary: $80,000–$106,000 per year.

Education:
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate patient care.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services that meet the needs of the clinic and patients.
- Utilize appropriate patient care protocols addressing physical, cognitive, neurologic, psychosocial, and functional needs.
- Develop occupational therapy interventions based on evaluations, physician orders, and patient goals.
- Perform occupational therapy techniques and procedures competently.
- Coordinate continuity of care through written and verbal communication with healthcare professionals.
- Recommend patient care equipment and assist with acquisition when appropriate.
- Complete documentation of findings, patient progress, and procedures within established time frames.
- Submit daily patient billing.
- Educate patients and family members on home programs.
- Demonstrate effective time management and comply with quality improvement standards.
Skills:
